Take Part is taking off in Dudley!

Following a meeting with colleagues from Dudley PCT, Dosti and partners are to deliver the following this Autumn:



  • Voice sessions with Healthcare Forum members and otehr invited groups, and also with a GP cluster group,

  • An Echo session with PCT commissioners...

  • ... and hopefully a Joint Dialogue session bringing participants from both activities together to discuss barriers to commuinity influence in relation to strategic decision-making in the PCT.

Voice and Echo Strategy Group

We have decided, in Wolverhampton, to meet together as a group of facilitators or supporters of Voice and Echo and try and have a strategic approach to using Voice and Echo in the City. Using Voice with School Governors

A couple of weeks ago two of us who are school governors and trained Voice facilitators ran a Voice first session with two governing bodies of different primary schools in Wolverhampton. We were very pleased with the outcome and the governors found it really useful. Following the morning session. One governing body spent the afternoon coming up with an action plan based on the findings of the morning session using Voice steps and indicators.
